Directions:Stick your finger on the top of your hip bone. Then put your thumb against your lowest rib. The distance between your finger and your thumb should represent the space show by the blue arrow on the diagram to the left. Every figure has this space, which increases and decreases as the figure bends and stretches in different poses.
